Our peanut butter is the freshest you can get. We roast the peanuts to order and grind the peanut butter while the nuts are still warm. The oils of our peanut butter are so freshly activated by the roasting process that you won't see the same type of separation seen in many "nothing-added" peanut butters. We recommend you refrigerate it if you aren't going to consume it all within two weeks. Even after refrigeration our peanut butter is easy to spread.
